Questions about pricing & credits
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel your plan whenever you like — there are no lock-ins or cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep everything you paid for.
How do I cancel?
Open your account settings, go to Billing, and choose Cancel plan. Your subscription will not renew, and you keep full access — including your remaining credits — until the current period ends.
Do my monthly credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and are meant to be used within it, so they do not stack up indefinitely. Credits you buy as a one-time top-up, however, never expire.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual is billed once a year at a lower effective monthly rate (up to ~27% off) and locks in that price for the year. Monthly is billed every month at the full rate, with the flexibility to stop at any time.
How do one-time credits work?
Prefer not to subscribe, or just need a boost? Add credits to your balance any time as a one-time purchase — no subscription, no auto-renewal. They never expire and work across every suite. A plan gives you a better rate per credit; a top-up gives you flexibility with no commitment.
